4. I / O equipment

1) Tray(Manual Tray)

Program one disk at a time, and manually change the disk after completion. In this mode, online marking cannot be completed.

Tape out

The chip is repackaged into tape. It can be cold sealed or hot sealed. The ribbon width is adjustable from 8 mm to 32mm.

2) Tape in

The tape can be torn apart and sucked into the supply nozzle. It supports an electric feeder, and the specification is selected according to the width of the chip.

Automatic tray in / out

A maximum of 20 standard JEDEC trays can be placed at a time to automatically send, return and mark (optional).

3) Tube in feeder

The vibration mode completes the feeding of pipe material.The slide rail and guide groove are selected according to the chip width.

4) Tube out

5) Tape ink marker
